Notice on service fees for using the certified e-document intermediary service

Thank you for using Kakao services.
Please be informed of service fees for the transmission and reception of e-documents and the issuance/registration of certified electronic addresses for the same (hereinafter referred to as “the E-Document Service”), in accordance with Article 31-18, Paragraph 4 of the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, and the Ministry of Science and ICT Notice No. 2021-61, “Certified Electronic Document Intermediary Rules”.
- The service fees for the E-Document Service for members is free.
- Service fees may be charged for services provided to members in addition to the E-Document Service.
- Service fees for the E-Document Service of a user institution are to be charged according to a separate contract signed with the relevant institution.
